they suggest seclusion and purity. But it has also been pointed out
that a human foetus is an island. So the island-paradise may reflect a

studios for the whole of 2013. Situated behind Geffrye Museum,
Happenstance is a prism for the cultural diversity and creative
innovation of Hackney.
New shows open every month with a First Thursday reception and
after party with dubs, beats and grooves from Happenstance Radio
and Hoxton FM.
On the first Thursday of every month over 170 galleries and museums in east London are open till 9pm with free events, talks, exhibitions and private views.
